What is your favorite part about playing for UCRFC?

Playing for UCRFC always meant that you were part of something bigger than yourself, but the work ethic and sense of brotherhood is unparalleled so far this season. I’m ‘bout it ‘bout it.

What is your favorite memory of playing for UCRFC?

Playing B-Side my Freshman year was crazy. We defeated or tied every team except UMass and finished the year 6-1-1. I was lucky to start Flyhalf for B Side as a Freshman when we had such a large roster.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about playing rugby/ what advice would you give them?

Don’t be afraid to come try it out. Everyone starts somewhere, and a lot of guys who play for our team never got to play in high school. We will be happy show you the ropes as long as you work hard. It is a fun game. There is a position for everyone.
